Weekly 1:1 coaching
Ongoing coaching built around your experience level — beginner or well into your training years. Your week adjusts as your body actually responds.
Run Discipline is coaching built on what it actually takes to climb back — not just how to hold a pace. I've been through it. Now I help you work through it too.
One step at a time, building who you are — until the confidence of being a runner isn't something you chase. It's who you become.
Work with me 1:1 until it's done.

My life took a turn for the worst at age 30. For a long time I was comfortable — too comfortable. Bad habits stacked on top of bad choices until I was unhealthy, unhappy, and overweight, and it took hitting a real low point for me to actually see it.
What changed things was signing up for something physical — a decision that, looking back, changed the direction of my whole life. Some of that I put down to grace; some of it was just finally choosing to sacrifice comfort for the life I actually wanted to be proud of.
That's the difference I bring as a coach. Not just program design, but having been through thick and thin myself. If any of this sounds familiar — if your own bad habits have gotten the better of you before — I'm not here to judge you for it. I've been there, and I know how to help you work through it, not just around it.

Somewhere to send the "is this normal?" question the moment it comes up — you're never just sitting on a worry until the next check-in.
Tell me what you want to achieve and I'll build the plan around it, with an honest, rough timeline based on the commitment you're able to put in.
Programs built around the weak points that break down over distance — strength and mobility work aimed at keeping you running.
Minimum term of 8 or 12 weeks (agreed with you directly), then continues month to month.
Get startedI'd rather you judge this by whether your own training holds up — but here's where mine has taken me so far.
And discipline that pays off everywhere else
The world backs someone who finished what they started — and assumes they can finish anything else.
